Starter Guide

Your NAD+ AT HOME kit includes everything you need to self-administer subcutaneous injections with ease. This delivery method offers high bioavailability, allowing more NAD+ to be absorbed directly into your cells by bypassing the digestive system and avoiding liver metabolism.

Each kit contains a 5ml vial with 1000mg of NAD+, providing 20 doses of 50mg. Each dose is 0.25ml (marked as “25” on the syringe). The vial will arrive half full, containing a clear or slightly yellow-tinted liquid. Be sure to store it in the fridge to maintain potency.

With 20 doses per kit, following a suggested schedule of daily use for the first three days, then switching to every other day, the kit should last around five weeks.

Everyone’s needs are different—some users take it daily, while others prefer 1–2 times per week. Check in with how you feel and adjust your routine as needed.

How To Guide

In order to get the maximum benefits of NAD, we offer a five-day infusion protocol. You will still benefit from any regular NAD infusion, however the 5 day infusion we offer may give you the greatest benifit. The 5 days can be completed within 10-12 days, however best results are achieved by completing the course within the prescribed time.

Day 1
250mg loading dose in a 1L bag of Normal Saline (NS) over 1.5 – 2 hours.

Day 2 – 5
500mg in a 1L bag of NS over 3.5 – 4 hours.

After Day 5
Once you’ve completed the initial infusion protocol, we suggest that you come back to receive booster infusions for maintenance.
